VENUE CAPACITY:
320 standing including guests, 160 max rows, 120 rows on tiered seating, 125 Cabaret, 125 Cabaret on tiered seating.
DOOR TIMES & CURFEWS:
Door times are as per your requirements; however, please note our standard door time for concerts is 7.30pm with an 11.00pm band curfew or Sunday 7pm Doors and10.30pm band curfew.
VENUE LICENCE:
The venue is licensed for late night events and holds a 2am licence Monday to Saturday, Sun 12 midday to 12
midnight. Later finishes can be arranged should you require them.

We assess each event indepently and offer both buyout or split options, please contact our office with your requirements.

Venue Dressing Rooms:
There is 1 large dressing room and 1 small dressing room and separate toilet. The two small dressing rooms are
located behind the stage with principal room on the second floor adjacent to the production office. All are
accessible via lift & stairs.
Venue Parking:
We have space for 3 buses or cars.
Please let us know your parking requirements in advance and we will try to accommodate any extra space if
needed.
